As the leader of a team of seven specializing in UX research, UX design, and UX writing, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating their activities. Together, we crafted outstanding user experiences across various products.
As a UX designer for the SaaS accounting software bexio, I focused on creating an intuitive and user-centered experience. Collaborating with stakeholders, especially the Product Owner, I transformed requirements into innovative design solutions.
With comprehensive expertise in project management, I successfully led projects for online registration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and the course catalog. My focus was on the efficient implementation of user-friendly systems and optimizing operational processes.
In my role as a Usability Engineer contractor at Roche Diagnostics Ltd., I contributed to the development of innovative medical device solutions. As a key player, I played a crucial role in ensuring that the products met user requirements and regulatory guidelines, successfully reaching the market. In the role of a Requirement Engineer at bbv, I developed and conducted workshops and courses for agile Requirement Engineering.
In close collaboration with stakeholders, I defined the product vision, gathered requirements, prioritized features and user stories.
